050411- Another Day

Work was interesting today... Surprising enough, I was looking forward all day to getting out and running. I know, no one probably believes that... but it is true. I did 2.9 miles or something close. I again pushed the wrong button on my Runkeeper app and turned it off. Pam was there with me so she can verify and testify.... Still now smokes...and not as sore as before. Thanks to Pam for encouraging me.. Don't know how long it will last but it is fun going out and running with her....
