This weekend has been great. Ran in my first training session for the half marathon (hopefully converting to the full marathon training after this one is over). Went an saw my parents, sisters and niece and nephews. Hung out at the pool with James (my nephew) who is learning to float well. Road 14 miles this morning training for the 26.2 bike marathon.
This week running with friends Monday and Wednesday morning and then my first Tour De Pain Friday night.
