Getting Started - what does this mean?
I think I want to but I am not a machine.
If you can walk, then you can run.
Come out and see, it will be fun.
Do I have to be an athlete, or can I go at my own pace?
No, you don't. And yes you can, keep that smile on your face.
We will be there to coach and to cheer.
You can come out and have no fear.
Jeff Galloway's training will give you the edge.
You will be ready to run, walk, run past your personal ledge.
You will be wanting to continue day to day and week to week.
You will start thinking of how to go past what you thought was your peak.
When all is done you will say that you feel fit.
And on top of that you will be part of the group that will Finish It!
